Wholistic Healing
Nope... not a typo. IMO true healing involves our whole being. Body, mind and spirit.
I have been blessed in this life that I have never suffered a trauma and I've never tasted rock bottom. But I know many who have, and it's not to say that everyone doesn't have wounds to heal.
Everyday we are faced with situations that challenge our sanity and push us to rise above or fall below. Every day we are faced with virus and illness that challenge our immune system. Maintaining good health is a constant endeavour, for everyone, whether you are aware of it or not.
So... if you are walking the path to being your best self I would like to recommend the following.
